Croatia, December 4 (CD) – A very dangerous precedent was made by the Rijeka county court ruling that a drug dealer should be reimbursed the money spent on buying heroin.
The Rijeka county court ruled that Veldet Xhaki, a 46-year-old drug dealer should have the € 7,500 spent on the heroin stash returned to him following his appeal to have the money reimbursed.
The decision by the judge was later adopted by the Supreme Court.
